Artist's Description
My goal was to photograph the red barn in the distance. As I zoomed in, I included an apple tree in the orchard. The digital camera compressing space makes it appear as if the barn is under the apple tree. Photograph was taken at Lavoie's Farm in Hollis, New Hampshire. It is the former Woodmont Orchards. Photograph was given a painterly effect.
