As the temperatures rise into the 30s, the harbor in Plymouth, Massachusetts, is beginning to melt in spots. Beyond the pier, it is still frozen. The ocean water frozen around the posts of the pier leaving balls of ice resembling snow boots. Photography was taken on March 7, 2015.
