About Janice Drew
A life-long resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, I have been pursuing my passion for landscape photography ever since retiring. Much of my work is captured primarily in and around my historic hometown and nearby areas on the South Shore of Massachusetts. My photography represents how I view the world. I am drawn to beauty in simplicity. It is where I find the most peace. It is my hope that my photos will evoke same emotions within the viewers. Thank you for taking the time to look and comment. I hope you like my pictures as much as I enjoy photography. PLEASE NOTE: The FineArtAmerica watermark does NOT appear on sold images. I've yet to visit your part of MA but this is a superb picture of this restaurant. Living in a town where power lines are ubiquitous and one must learn to work with them when photographing, I think you've done a masterful job of incorporating the power lines here. The diagonal sweeping off to the "northeast" of the picture just lends a certain something. Kudos to you for not cloning them out! Fave!
Janice Drew replied:
Thank you, Nancy. I generally clone out the ower lines and poles but felt this one added to reality of the scene.
