The weather in New England has cooled down in August. Morning fog rolling in over bodies of water and spider webs are signs of fall approaching.
This photo was taken in the Chiltonville section of Plymouth, Massachusetts over Eel River. Purple loosestrife, cattail plants and other wildflowers can be seen growing in the marshes.
If you look closely, you can see a spider web in the bottom right third of this photograph.
A life-long resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, I have been pursuing my passion for landscape photography ever since retiring. Much of my work is captured primarily in and around my historic hometown and nearby areas on the South Shore of Massachusetts. My photography represents how I view the world.
