This is the site where the first fort on top of Burial Hill in Plymouth Massachuetts was built in the 17th century. The sign signifies the spot. I gave this photo a black and white focal then followed up with a painterly effect to bring out the peeling painted bench.

A life-long resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, I have been pursuing my passion for landscape photography ever since retiring. Much of my work is captured primarily in and around my historic hometown and nearby areas on the South Shore of Massachusetts. My photography represents how I view the world.
