In 2007, the Plymouth Law Library located in the Plymouth County Commissioners Building in Plymouth, Massachusetts was scheduled to move to a new location. Before they packed, the head librarian, a friend, asked me if I would take photos of the old location so she could make a photo scrapbook. The move was both exciting and emotional. It was like leaving an old friend behind. This was the view from her desk. In the distance, is the cupola on top of the 1820 Plymouth County Courthouse in downtown Plymouth, Massachusetts.

A life-long resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, I have been pursuing my passion for landscape photography ever since retiring. Much of my work is captured primarily in and around my historic hometown and nearby areas on the South Shore of Massachusetts. My photography represents how I view the world. I am drawn to beauty in simplicity. It is where I find the most peace. It is my hope that my photos will evoke same emotions within the viewers. Thank you for taking the time to look and comment.
