Artist's Description
Standing on Town Wharf in Plymouth, Massachusetts, I took this photograph of the harbor. Our old weathered and worn T-Wharf was taken down. A new one is being built in its place. Hence, the tug boat docked next to the barge. The old wharf was in the shape of the letter T. The new one will resemble a hockey stick.
About Janice Drew
A life-long resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts, I have been pursuing my passion for landscape photography ever since retiring. Much of my work is captured primarily in and around my historic hometown and nearby areas on the South Shore of Massachusetts. My photography represents how I view the world. I am drawn to beauty in simplicity. It is where I find the most peace. It is my hope that my photos will evoke same emotions within the viewers. Thank you for taking the time to look and comment. I hope you like my pictures as much as I enjoy photography. PLEASE NOTE: The FineArtAmerica watermark does NOT appear on sold images. Greg Jackson
Janice, nice harbor scene and the contrast between the moored pleasure boats and the red cabin working boat.
