Description
Every Spring, the owner of the Cabby Shack restaurant on town wharf in Plymouth, Massachusetts brings in palm trees. They remain throughout the Fall and are removed when the weather turns colder when they are stored in a climate controlled environment during winter.
At the base of the tree is a planter where colorful flowers grow. This mandevilla is climbing the tree. For those unable to go on vacation, this gives them a chance to experience lunch or dinner enjoying the tropical scenery.

Nice shot, Janice. A bit of the tropics up north.
Janice Drew replied:
Thanks, Linda. It is very unusual. Years ago, some people frowned upon it, but now they love it.
