Description
This seawall built in Plymouth harbor in Massachusetts in 1938 has withstood many nor'easters over years. It was built by the WPA, Works Progress Association, under the Roosevelt administration which built public works projects.
The jagged rocks on the top were added later to discourage people from sitting or standing on top of it.

Congratulations Janice! I just looked at a few of your photos on FAA. Very nice. I really love what you did with the Grist Mill at Jenney Pond! It is one of my favorite locations in town, with amazing atmosphere and great food.
